1. Who can make a referral
The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, including registered SiteAppoint candidates and workers. Internal SiteAppoint staff involved in recruitment decisions are not eligible. A referrer must provide accurate details and must not refer themselves.
2. Candidate permission
You must have the person's clear permission before sharing their contact details. Do not send a CV, identity document or other sensitive information through the referral form. SiteAppoint will provide the referred person with relevant privacy information when contact is made.
3. New introductions only
The referred person must not already be registered with, represented by, working through or in an active recruitment process with SiteAppoint. If more than one person refers the same candidate, only the first valid referral received will qualify.
4. What counts as a successful placement
For a permanent appointment, the referred candidate must start the role and complete 12 continuous weeks. For a temporary assignment, the referred candidate must complete 160 approved and paid working hours within six months of referral. Cancelled, unpaid, reversed or fraudulent placements do not qualify.
5. The reward
One £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card will be issued for each qualifying referral, normally within 30 days of the relevant qualifying period being completed. The reward is non-transferable, has no cash alternative and is subject to Amazon's own gift-card conditions. Amazon is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this promotion.
6. Fair use and changes
SiteAppoint may reject duplicate, incomplete, misleading or abusive submissions. The scheme may be amended or withdrawn for future referrals, but a valid referral already accepted will remain subject to the terms in force when it was received.
